We continue to impliment the following CDC and WHO guildelines for the safety of our patients and staff:

Sanitization of equiptment, tables, beds, and sheets after each patient

Social distancing with staggered patient appointments

Providers wearing masks; all patients are required to wear one while in the building

Temperature checks of each patient and staff member

 

COVID-19 Pre-Screening Questions

If you answer “Yes” to any of the following questions, please reschedule your appointment for a later date. 

  1. Have you traveled outside the US in the last 14 days?

  2. Have you had any symptoms of the coronavirus, such as fever or cough?

  3. Have you been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with coronavirus, or with symptoms of coronavirus, in the last 14 days?
